Judy Knowles

Judy manages the L&P projects and produces the community operas on a consultancy basis having initially joined GO as Youth Company Manager in 2018. She originally qualified as a teacher which was followed by an MA in European Cultural Policy and Administration. Highlights from her career include Orchestra Manager of the CBSO and Entertainment Manager at Legoland. She is currently a freelance arts manager, peripatetic music teacher and Arts Award moderator. She believes that everyone should have access to the arts and is particularly committed to providing opportunities for young people. She enjoys spending time with her family, all of whom have a great love of the outdoors and have perfected the art of camping in the rain…
