Senior Philanthropy Manager

At this exciting time in Garsington Opera’s development, we are looking to build on our successful track record in fundraising with the appointment of an experienced Philanthropy Manager. The role will lead on generating membership income with a specific focus on increasing income from mid-level (£5,000 to £25,000) individual gifts across the range of Garsington’s work. 

Post: Senior Philanthropy Manager
Reporting to: Development Director
Salary: £32,000-£36,000 per annum

Youth Company Manager (Freelance, Fixed Term)

Garsington Opera is seeking an efficient, personable Youth Company Manager to ensure the smooth running of all rehearsals, workshops and performances for this summer's Youth Company production. The successful candidate will have the young people's wellbeing and safeguarding as their primary responsibility whilst ensuring all Youth Company activity is efficiently and successfully run.

Reporting to: Head of Learning & Participation
Fee: £4,500-£5,500 depending on experience
Contract dates: March 2023 – 30 September 2023
